In Romsey, cars get space marked out on the pavement, but bikes have no such facilities - they just have to find an odd lampost if there is one nearby (there often isn't).

Councillors need to press for proper, on-street cycle parking to increase cyclists' convenience and to reduce the high levels of theft.
