Faulty shutter on the route between the Grand Arcade Cycle Park and the Grand Arcade. There are routes around it, but I can't imagine if the direct route between the car-parks and the shopping area had been obstructed it would have taken so long to fix. It has been broken since Thursday the 11th of December 2008 and remained closed through some very busy Christmas shopping days.
