Video of double decker cycle parking - it only works if people stick to the stands. In English "cycle parkers" are probably so used to cramping into stands that they will lock bikes between stands as happened here #39168 . Her basket means that this heavy Kalkhoff Agattu XXL on the top can't be lowered.
