UPDATE It is signed that Deansgate is closed to motor traffic (except for access) and yet there is a 4 lane dual carriageway that accesses from here.
UPDATE the lane directions have been changed yet again but still NO Advanced Stop Line (ASL) !!!! Very confusing as itb is very difficult to see the lane arrows on the road at congested times. Now the middle lane is left or straight on! Again no warning of change of layout (red sign with white lettering). Recent changes to road layout with no warning! 2 lanes of traffic turn Left whereas most cyclists want to go straight on
