This was an odd one and not really a big issue.

The guy in the silver van has seen me coming and also wants to drive off himself. He honks from the very start of the clip, trying to get the other van driver's attention, to no avail. As I get nearer and slow down he apologizes to me and I
happily accept it saying "No worries" with a smile. It wasn't an easy manoeuvre to get through but I did just. The silver van driver honked again after I'd passed, still to no avail.

As I looked back, the driver of the CCL supplies van is sat in the drivers seat with his earphones in and plainly can't hear the other van driver honking at him. I catch his attention by waving and indicate he should look behind him. A little later I saw the silver van pass me, so clearly the conflict had been resolved.

Now, I'd go for laying the blame at the CCL supplies van drivers feet, although he wasn't in the cyclelane, he had blocked someone else in. And wasn't aware of his surroundings or other people using the public road system around him.
