The 3rd time I've caught this on camera (see www.cyclestreets.net/location/48695/ and www.cyclestreets.net/location/48099/).
This is becoming a regular occurance. Driving onto the pavement breaks the same law as cycling on a pavement, and is invariably a lot more dangerous. Not only that, it's estimated that damage caused to pavements by this action costs £200-300m a year to repair.
And note that apparently there's not enough space to put in a cyclelane here but there is enough to park a large truck.
