This was all a little bit funny in some respects. This road is used right to the end through the gate on the right after both parked cars. People try to park in here to avoid the hospital car-park fees. The BMW on the left seems to be on a double yellow line. The person next to it (the driver?) is advising the person on the right not to park where he is blocking the entire road.

Now, I think that the right side is a single yellow line, so perhaps the BMW is incorrectly parked. Either way, it's an discussion between two anti-social drivers!
