Since www.cyclestreets.net/location/11854/ this route has been updated. And very badly.
Bishops Road is a quiet cul-de-sac and this is almost at the end of it. Passing traffic will be virtually nil and will be very slow.
However, the developers have fallen back into the 1980s and installed these awful barriers, that didn't exist before.
One big issue is technically you cannot cycle in the cyclelane past them, you are required to (illegally) wobble into the pedestrian side of the path.
This is one more example of how bad active travel infrastructure is still the norm for many developers.
