Steps at the end of Wallis Road.
There's an elevator on the left, though reports are that it is often not working.

There's no obvious ramp in this photo, but OpenStreetMap www.openstreetmap.org/way/273185155 indicates there is a ramp and Google Street view suggests it is on the right hand side.
